Managed Hosting Project server hardware is provided on a 24x7 4-Hour, Mission Critical response time by the vendor. Further spare hardware is kept onsite at each location by Intervolve to provide the ability to replace failed equipment prior to hardware vendor technicians arriving onsite.

As part of our initial consultation, we provide our recommendations based upon the most highly redundant service solution that meets with the Client budget.
