With every Backstage System implemented, training sessions are given to instruct the client and staff on how the system functions. As the system has been designed for simple use, most clients do not need more than one training session.
Additional training sessions can be purchased depending on the project terms (as there may be an hourly allowance for the session times).
Telephone support is available during business hours as we are able to talk you through the various steps to achieve your desired outcome.
