Ordering - Next Steps

Once this order is placed, we will confirm your specification request and send back a DocuSign e-contract pack via email, during business hours which will include:

  • Service Schedule
  • Service Level Agreement
  • Acceptable Use Policy
  • Wholesale Services Agreement
  • Direct Debit Request

All documents will need to be signed electronically, and the Direct Debit Request is to be used if you wish to nominate an automated Bank or Credit card for payments. There may be additional documents dependant on the type of service that you have ordered.
