We are currently experiencing connectivity issues for some clients in the Sydney GlobalSwitch DC.
Our networking team is looking to perform major network changes to isolate the problematic upstream carrier.
We apologise for any inconvenience and will attempt to have the network restored to fully operational service as quickly as possible.

Network engineers have been able to isolate the problematic upstream carrier and has restored all network connectivity.
